post this again and clarify it. i'm not sure what you mean, but i think i have some answers for various possibilities. are you asking about research in science education? then try taking statistics on the numbers of boys scores on national science exams (the AP comes to mind) and draw a trend over the years, then compare that the with trends of girls. you would need to randomly sample the equal populations of boys and girls who took the exam over, say, a 20 year period.
are you asking about research to educate yourself? in that case, are you asking for book research or lab research? what level are we talking here--high school, university, what grade are you in?
