I've always liked looking at the fabrics they wove and patterns they used. Usually the patterns had some significance.

Reply:how bout how we gave to settlers. taught the foods and medicines. shared our resources. only to be returned with genocide. blankets with smallpox, rape of our land so to speak. and the force of having to give up our native languages, our heritage, be punised if we spoke our language or practice our culture. forced to be taken away from our families to live in boarding schools where our children were raped no only physically, but of thier past an identities. or treaty rights, ho many of those treaties are still held up on the US gov side.
