The decline in respect and manner in society. I need a specific idea. One idea was to target schools and how children are less respectful than they used to be.

How can I make this research paper topic more specific?
An interesting twist would be to look at one specific action that was "acceptable" in the past that rarely occurs nowadays. For example, what used to be expected of a man's actions towards a woman (i.e. opening doors, pulling out chair, ordering in a restaurant, etc.).
Reply:Maybe do it on race, nationality, religion, gender or something in that area that might help narrowing it down.
Reply:You could also use how audiences are less respectful during performances(plays, concerts, movies), how men are less respectful to women, companies are less respectful to customers...
