Does anyone know an interesting topic to research during the antiquity period ?

I have to research something about the antiquity, anything, could be art, could be war, could be leaders.... could be anything, im 15 years old, does anyone know an interesting subject to research about ? And by antiquity i mean since 5000 BC till 0 AD so .... :)

There's a lot of stuff out there. My favorite period of antiquity would be the Roman Empire. Two facinating topics are the general Cinncinatus, he was a hero of George Washington's so much so that Washington had himself sculpted and painted in the image of Cinncinatus. The other is the Gracchi brothers, who attempted to lead major reforms to help the poor in Rome and were both killed by the aristocracy because of their good will beliefs. A quick list of others would be the Carthaginian general Hannibal, the Egyptian ruler Rhamses the Great, the parallels of the lost city of Atlantis to the Minoan civilization specifically the island of Thera, called Santorini in modern times. And the golden age of Greece with it's great ruler Pericles. Hope this helps, good luck on your research.
